October 18: relaxing

Today I slept in until 10:30. I haven’t done that in ages and it felt really good. Then I ate kind of badly today and went way over my allotted food portions, even though I tried to stay healthy. I ate some rice today and it was filling. So tonight I feel hungry and icky at the same time. And I’m really tired so I’m going to go to bed right now so I don’t get hungrier.

So I’m doing my 5 minutes. Pretty uninspiring. But today was good: teacher conferences in StP, shopping with my son, sushi with my friend, and now bed. I just typed a bunch of c’s in a row because I fell asleep with my thumb on the “c” key. That’s my cue to go to bed.
