I have been eating healthy for about a month now and this weekend was the first time I ate fast food pizza (Pizza Hut) since then and I’m super sick. I don’t know for sure it’s from eating the pizza, but I don’t know what else it could be. I have had a bit of a cold and/or allergies lately, so that could also be contributing to the crappy feelings, but this feels worse. I’ve been extra stressed lately too, so that might be part of it. I’m shaky, dizzy, nauseous, and really uncomfortable.
When I started trying to eat healthier and lose some of the stress weight that I’ve put on in the past two years, I didn’t really realize how it might change my body. I can’t eat anywhere near as much as I used to, which is fine. I don’t like some of the food I used to eat all the time and actually craved in the past. It just tastes too sweet or heavy. It’s kind of annoying because I can’t just grab something and eat it anymore, which means eating takes more time and effort, which isn’t always good when I’m really busy. I miss being able to just grab something quick.
I suppose this is good for me, though. I never realized how gross my food was until now. I just want to fall asleep and be out of my misery.
