Everything is a scorched, smoky hellscape because it hasn’t rained in forever and there is so much smoke from the OVER 500 fires burning in British Columbia right now. It feels icky outside. I feel icky when I’m outside too much. My throat gets scratchy and I even got a headache today. And it’s been a few days like this.

As a result, I’ve been sleeping entirely too much this weekend. Last night I dreamed I had another puppy, a brown fluff ball that was smaller than Perry. I was working on a name when I woke up. I’ve been thinking about having another dog ever since.

Aside from sleeping and some light cleaning, I’ve been a lazy bump. It’s partly due to depression and partly due to the crappy weather outside. Either way I need to pull it together and have a good week.
